Andrew..It might serve you well to get to know these guy's on the bar before you slander their reputation...Example...Oldlinedawg was climbing before you were born and since your profile shows only six years in the business, you might qualify to be somebodys grunt. A couple of days on the job and a dozen TE nuts from above might also give you and attitude adjustment. If that didn't work I'm sure pulling the lasher, set for tight lashing, through easement all day just might bring you around.
