Im sorry I dont work in substations thats for the guys who cant make it on the poles i guess thats why you know so much about 4 phase and motors and whatever else you can come up with any ways this here isnt a brotherhood this is a bunch of non union rats b*tching and complaining thanks for your 2 cents on how to be a lineman maybe one day you can do it
