I am doing Power Supply Maint in Michigan right now and I have personally seen the PO's for 2009. We are also housing over 1,000 batteries for Comcast for this years Maint sweep.
Our 2009 Maint work actually started on 1-5-09 which came as a surprise to me becuase we ussually dont start back until early Feb.
