What your saying is right,But their are reasons this is true. When you take a 19 year old kid fresh out of Mc donald's and hire him as a Installer and train him for a day or two,Then tell him he's ready to be a Installer what do you think you are going to end up with? That is what a vast majority of these company's are doing today.Have fought this model for some years now. It's always the same thing, get them in the field making money for the company, ready or not! Some of these guys dont stand a chance,They go out there working from sun up to sundown for a week or two then find out on their first check a third of it is gone, charge backs, missed apointments(never mind the fact that who ever routed the work didn't know what the hell he or she was doing and he was never going to make that appointment on time no matter what he did!)and as far as the non compete clause that sh*t does not hold up in most states. Now if you are fresh out of MIT with a degree in chemical engineering and you go to work for DOW CORNING they might have a leg to stand on(that is when it comes to non compete clauses)non of these company's are teaching you anything that would be considerd trade secrets,In most states no one has the right to prevent you from making a living in your trade.I'll shut up now sorry for being so long winded !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
