any scum installer co. can say your install did,nt pass a qc and back charge you double what u made. these companys have in house qc ers who do this on a regular basis. Thats why it imporant to save copys of all checks written to you and the signed paperwork for the installs. that way when the irs says you owe some lie you have the proff. There are so many installer companys that loose thousands to fly by night companys.  good luck
