I spliced for Vitel for a while. If you are talking New Jersey, I can't recommend enough to stay away. Bad news there. I did ok with them out of the Mchigan office. I said ok, not great. Upper management seemed decent, problem was the field super didn't know a damn thing about splicing. It cost me many hours each week taking care of business that management should have taken care of. Best thing to do is check with other subs on that particular project and find out the down-low before you invest to much. If there is not any other subs on the job that are not still in their first week also, run!
