Our equipment is already 860 mhz,and anything new in the past year or so is 1 gig, they did a half ass upgrade a few years back about 2 and replaced most I say most lightly to 860 mhz everything but the rear bus and if anyone  knows philly that rear bus is like walking into hell so of course that wasnt done, there full of H taps and addressables a brilliant idea ( sarcasticly speaking) from urban cable before comcast took over so with some new equipment and 90% old 540 cable it could be a dissaster in the making.
