Well just kind of an update.... shockingly i heard from someone at the IRS again today they wanted me to prove i didn't get paid and i explained to them that i was not the one who should have to prove it but the former employer is the one in fact that should have to prove that he did pay me, i told them there is no way i can provide then proof of something that i never received. Needless to say the conversation was terminated and someone called me back and now the Oklahoma Dept of Labor has all the information and is going to pursue this issue and if i am correct he will have no choice but to pay me and his deal with the IRS will go up a level for defrauding the U.S. government.
I doubt i will ever get anything from the jackass but heck maybe i wont have to pay the tax's on what i didn't get paid
