I was a sub...until January 1, 2009, then...supossedly...Comcast made all contract companies turn over into company/employee status. No more piece work...hourly wage now. They pay for the gas, offer insurance after 90 days and provide tools(if needed) but that piece work rate is gone and is now hourly. I know CCTV(Lucas) and Thomas Telecomm went company/employee.
