only get paid for one box per house. but we were installing more boxes becuz of the conversion. was not so bad when we were only doing 1 box per house. but now most people need three boxes. and some even need more. never agreed with the one pay rate no matter how many boxes they get. If they think it is fair then they should let their customers have as many boxes as they want for a set price. It is crazy. Before the switch we did not get paid for running additional outlets, but my boss was like look at all the money you get for the equipment. I was thinking more along the lines of all the free outlets I had to run. Then they start paying us for outlets, but they cut our pay on all the equipment. Again my boss says it should even out becuz we get paid to run outlets now. I say BS.. ne ways mediacom is for the birdz
