I am a maint tech with comcast, they put all future projects in the freedom region on hold that includes metro philly,new castle etc.... they are expecting alot more of the inhouse guys, its like pulling teeth to get 1 span of bad cable replaced good luck contracters I feel for you guys although with verizon is starting to build in sections of philly fios so I cant see them holding out to long the only project thats going forward is an upgrade of the transmitters for docsis 3.0
