How is it that i can prove not getting paid...I do have copies of my signed and competed work orders and invoices but i was thinking that he is the one who would have to provide proof that he actually paid me. I can not provide copies of something that doesn't exists e.g. copies of checks..... anyhow i gave up on him paying me about a year ago when he went out of business I can only hope the IRS nails his ass !!!!
