No idea on Cablecom but, i have worked with techs from Makotek they seem to be a very reputable company They have been in business for many years one of the former COO's from thier company I had the pleasure of working with at Vozzcom he helped structure thier company and he was a very stand up person. Just my opinion Hope this helps
