Wireless Site Installer

This position is responsible for the installation of antennas, cable and electronics to establish point-to-point and multipoint wireless networks. Responsibilities also include assisting the Project Manager in gathering all necessary materials and tools to perform the installations, maintaining a complete inventory of materials and tools while at customer sites, pre-installation/installation/post-installation review with the project manager. The installer must maintain a clean and safe work environment while completing assigned tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Site preparation, cable pathway review, etc.
Installation of electronics in equipment racks
Installation of antenna mounts, masts, conduit, and supporting brackets
Installation and termination of low voltage, coax, Multi-mode fiber optic and ground cable
Label and document cables, antennas, conduit, etc.

Job Requirements:

Basic understanding of wireless communications, DSS, Spread Spectrum
Knowledge of work related tools and equipment
Self-motivated, Reliable, Resourceful
Good communication skills
Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
Five years experience in cable installation
Ability to work during off hours, when necessary
