Prime rib cooked to a perfect 125 degrees so the meat was cooked but still solid red with 'slits' cut in the outer fat down into the meat. I inserted fresh garlic into those slits and cooked it like that. Mashed taters and gravy. I took a few pounds of beef ribs and boiled them for 2 and half days in a large stock pot. I then reduced the 4 gallons of stock down to about a gallon and made gravy out of it. Green bean casserole. Pies. cookies. chips. salsa. home made blue cheese dip. fruit salad. fluffy soft hot rolls with lots of butter.
25 relatives at my house eating my food. I love my relatives for they like my food. My kids are way too picky.
