yes I can say he was good up to the last check, then he will not answer phone calls, the one time he did answer he said checks will be here by fri so we can go see the family for the holidays. well after not paying the hotel for a day (we payed ourselves after being locked out for 5 hours) the lies started coming. he ows me a few thousand as well as 7 other techs. the sad thing is he got the money for the work a week earlier. so I had my wife draw up the papers yesterday and I am leaving to go to houston sunday to file.
