There are so many different circumstances to a pole transfer, such as how far away from the new pole you are, what type of transfer(junction pole, angle pole or inline), how heavy the package is versus how strong you or your truck is.
if its a simple inline with the new pole relatively a short distance away it's very simple. You put your new frame on the new pole, Tape the lashing wire the proper distance from where your new bugnut is going to be. In order not to damage any coax or fiber you want to cut all the metal straps off if the plant has to be raised a good bit. Otherwise just put to new hardware and remove the old. If I said any more I'd be doing it for you.
