Jones does need to stay out of it. Why hire a coach if you are thinking you know more than he does. Why doesn't Jones just coach the team if he knows so much. I think Phillips and others hands are tied by Jones so it may not be all their fault. Also the players have messed up a bit. They are suppose to have all this talent and they do but they are not using it right. They need to move the ball around more. Keep defenses guessing. When you just run up the middle and pass when that doesn't work, defenses are going to get you.
