Ok so you live above them... A friend of mine had the same problem with some neighbors many years ago .. well he went to a music store .. where you can buy, guitar amps,drum sets..
well he bought a 21" ElectroVoice Sub Woofer, not in the cabinet
just the speaker.. he placed it face down on the floor and put a couple of cement blocks on top of it.. and when they got noisy he would pump 500 watts of Ozzie thru the floor... turn his whole floor into a sub woofer, well the last thing he said was something about plaster falling and light bulbs breaking , but never had anymore problems
