I did this.....maybe not for every one....but I did it.....their dog now actually responds to my commands.........not a peep out of him........This issue is very sensitive to me because the previous neighbor did not like dogs of any kind, and because they knew I had a dog, they tried to harm her........they only knew I had a dog not because of any noise....none what=so-ever.....it's because they saw me walking her on her leash around town.....they thought because of what she is.....a dog....that it was thier duty to harm her......I went to jail over my dog after I found out, what they did to her, then proceeded to put him in the hospital........so this means a lot to me.......and my dog.......
