Are you speaking of LHR? Yes, the crap has been in the works for the last couple of months, some contractors already in, but do you know that you have to make them the benificary of 2 million on you work vehicle insurance? There is no benefits to the sub contractor, just getting taxes taken out. Nothing else, told the old man, hope you have a back up plan cause you wont be working for less pay and getting taxes taken, plus all the other dumb*ss shi* they are asking for you to sign. Last time I knew employees don't sign contracts.
