Get a join the SCTE and get the course manuals; Start at the installer and course and go from there. Get certfied. You can learn a lot from the courses. You need to progress properly. Ask your supervisor if they offer the courses.Contract isn't the way to go rigth now. You don't have the experience. Hang tough.
