Our last day of work was July 2007. Retainer is to be held for 365 days. Splicer ... I have read my contract. I have backup for all the work performed. Our work met and exceeded QC specs ..... NOW ... Michael Johnson is offering half of our retainer and is asking Martell Cable to sign a form that says we will not take legal action if he sends us a check for half of what he owes. I have it all in an email.

We did a trap placement project in DEC 2006 for AMTEC. They are so unorganized that they called me 1 year after the project was over to ask if I had any backup they could use to get paid. Of course I had ALL the backup ... I sent it to them and what do you know ..... 4 months later ..... they asked for it again!!!
