I agree with busting their arses!! HIDE???!!!....COWARD!! If they're not doing it right you should go to them, show them their screw up with documented pics, give them THEIR charge back, then ask and provide any help they need. HIDE??!! so that they do it over and over again is what got this business where it is now. Now this is the way, provided you have made the investment in the tech to get him off on the right foot with proper training and manuals to help in the field along with supervisor and manager support. If you didn't make that investment YOU should be charged back. The only ones that will get mad are the ones who continuously have charge backs. How long are you going to let them stay around and screw up your system any way???????? Any tech who wants to stay in the business is not going to keep getting charged, they will fix themselves or ask for help. If the tech doesn't do that you really don't have a TECH to start with....you got a hacker!! Get him out quick.
