Hey Andy .... how are ya? Don't feel so bad about your $6500.00 AMTEC is ducking and dodging MARTELL CABLE SERVICES for about $27,000 worth of retainer and $10,000 worth of work. We have all the supporting paperwork, made copies, sent them to Amtec ..... But again Andy Healy wont look at it. We even went to work for them in Maryland last month. Because we were always paid on time. Now they wont give up the retainage.
