Not long ago, I turned down five really great offers to go to work for a Mom and Pop MSO, based on what I was told over the phone by the owner. Loaded up and moved out there only to find out that I was lied too and not told the entire story about the company or the systems. Wished I never would have went. Your moniker says Newbie and that you are working for comcast. I can guarantee you that you have better benefits and opportunities where you are right now, even though it may not seem like that right now. Don't just go based on what they say; Comcast will not take you back.
