I am not a big fan of QC. BUT.. since I am still new at this I am glad to have an opportunity to fix my own mistakes before getting backcharged for the job plus a truckroll. I have had a few err should we say lapses in judgement. The latest has the MSO ALL over me so one more mistake and I get my walkin papers :(. The difference between having the the attitude of "have I done everything right?" VS what can I get away with.. Those of us new to the biz don't get a lot of wiggle room. The rookie status is good for about 2 weeks..lol then its "Should have known better"
