There is no devil no hell and no heaven based upon what is construed as a literal translation of ancient scrolls and writings because there was no appropriate word to use for the words that they were translated from. Just like the alleged possessions by evil spirits over 2000 thousand years ago; People had no concept of mental illness then so they applied what knowledge or belief that they had at the time. Fear of one's mortality and death are the reason to hope for some type of "after-life'. I am sure that there is a god, but not a god that is propounded by the various religions. Yea; Baptists called the Catholics the Anti-Christ, which is contrary to the teachings of the Christian faith. And so on. Blah, blah, blah. I believe in Santa Claus.
