Actually Glass sentencedhim accordingly...A harsh sentence...ie..the maximum allowable...would have been life...And as such the appeal will do nothing more than to waste the taxpayers money...He was convicted and sentenced on the presented evidence which was all on tape...He has no recourse...His lawyer is no Johnny Cochran...OJ is going away...(clap)
