Another suggestion is Heat Tubes.. get a well drilling company to drill 50' 3" holes under the dish base and have them insert heat pipes into the holes that the base plate sets on.. never have to worry about it again.. a constant 65deg thermal to the base that will transfer thru the rest of the metal dish.. for free heat for life
same thing the Alaskan pipeline sets on to keep it's base solid and the mounts clear of ice
