Based on your math Sdelnay that lousy 1500$ 1099 would still be as lousy as a 750$ W2 the employee gets once you have paid all the taxes that an employee would pay and the company has to match. (Insurance and expenses too). What you forget is you get hit with all that at the end of the year. I guess thats why so many folks dread the IRS AUDIT.

Also thanks to this CABLEBAR I now know that Big Companies don't ever get in legal trouble. Based on that thinking why is MASTEC alwats been sued by employees and subs and damn near everybody it seems.
