Re: Cougar Communications Services out of Colorado

Is this the project that Gary Dixon for Cougar is on. They should at least have the decency to tell the contractors that they owe money too that there is a problem. Even if Comcast has not payed Cougar that should not effect the subs. When you are the prime you take the risk unless they have a prior agreement with the subs, to get payed when the prime gets payed. In that situation the subs usually get a bigger % of the money because they are assuming some of the risk. Sounds like Cougar is working with a zero payroll. VERY DANGEROUSE. I don't think this is the project for me.
