I do not doubt that you have worked for Cougar in the past and quite possibly are working for them now on a project. I also believe that you have been paid on time each and every time. What I don't know is, if you did any work on the Houston project, because I know for a fact that there are contractors that worked on that project that have not been paid. If this upsets you, you are in good company. I know of some hard working individuals that are wondering how they are going to feed their loved ones through the holidays because of the trust they put into Cougar.
