Re: Cougar Communications Services out of Colorado

From what I hear Cougar owes a lot of contractors money on the Houston project and now Gary Dixon is not returning phone calls. Can you say SHADY. Not too professional leaving people with families to feed this Christmas hanging out to dry. So be careful.
