Your words are wise. I am amazed that folks will read ad here om the Bar and actually travel to install & splice level jobs. I would say more but can't spell live-out of-your-truck.
My view is that if a company can't find local talent there is a reason.
Maybe lighten up on guys who are just figuring this out. It is a jungle out there.
