That ditch weed grows all over a few mid west states. Something about a government bail out for the farmers back in the day if they would grow hemp to use in the manufacture of various projects and to use to make rope for the war effort. Or some sh*t like that. The government had a provider of the no get high seeds. Heard the crap wouldn't get people high.
