Not only the dead beats that don't pay thier bill ...
...but also from the deadbeats that don't bother to turn the boxes back in. At last check Cox Las Vegas had $1.2 million in abandoned boxes out there. This is from people moving and taking the boxes with them, or worse ... just leaving them in the house/apartment thinking the clean up crew will just turn them in for them.
Most apartment clean up crews just throw them away. The former customer then gets stuck with a $300 to $450 dollar collections bill.
$1.2 million .....that's a lot of boxes being abandoned or thrown away. Someone has to pay. Let it be the customer paying up front.
