Just so we are not bashing each other when we should be bashing a company
I have been doing cable since the mid 80's sub and employee
This company is an established install company and have a large tech base.
The issue is how the techs were treated by the corporate level
They went to work doing thier installs in the morning thinking nothing about a pull out of their company which had been there for a few years and a with a proven track record of outstanding work.
I just don't understand why all the people on the bar are so quick to fire back at someone posting their opinion when clearly we should put that energy into spreading the news of a company who is treating their techs,experienced or not,road skilled or not,young and old, in a manner in which even you would not like to be treated.
Everyone has to move on now and then whether it is for money, family or whatever
But they dont need to move on to a company which treats their employees in a manner like this.
