I did the Small Claims Trial myself.
You are right. I found a local lawyer who took my judgment collection on contingency.....but they have not none squat. The collection agencies seem to want half.
I got lucky on my last one..............I sued the owner of the sub contract company personally..he got cute about "running out of contract forms" and the judge gave me a judgment against the owner of the corporation.
He was too busy to respond to my invoice or the court offered pre trial discussion.
The AFS also was too busy to research the lost boxes I had installed.
But DTV is getting paid each month for my work! Grrrrrrrrrrrr!
