Re: Update to Christmas severance

This is an instllation company not a constuction company
A certified contractor for Comcast not just an authorized contractor

I also hear thru the grapevine eyes at Comcast are now looking at thier Fort Lauderdale location just a heads up

The problem with being a certified contractor over an authorized contractor is the ability not to be backcharged
Which we all know is a way for MSO's to recoup some of thier money back and show thier profits especially in thier first quarter

Jobs in the install world dont just shut down without a 30 day notice which allow for a transistion period for both the contractor and the MSO

Besides this is about local techs losing local jobs it is not about anything else

The contractor chose to pull out before the thirty days so their techs would not "take them"

Let's just hope the contractor doesn't "take" the techs

Thought for the day
