this is the way it always goes, no warning. "we dont want our techs slackin off or doing god knows what" if they know that final day is comin. I can see from both sides, i've heard techs say they dont care about their work because "were not gonna be here next week anyway". There has got to be an even ground somewhere to let guys prepare for financial hardship that lies ahead
