Sorry to hear of your pay issues. After all my years of building plant it seems more and more people are coming into industry without the thought or the experience of what it really takes. The long hours, the hard work, and the pride of those of Us, That stand in our hooks, on ****ty sticks,in bad weather,doing a job that most won't or can't Do.Does that make Us bad people?We all have our pride in what we do for a living. Just remeber that this board gives ALL of an opportunity to share our thoughts,and feeling about how we are treated, and how to move on. I hope you are able to recover your wages, but don't compromise the plant because of your anger. Thats where we seem to draw the line as a group.
