I know for a fact a good friend of mine was a sub for horizon. And he has only been paid small installments. I too am owed from work done for horizon but I know it isn't the sub. And, horizon claims that they aren't getting paid from comcast. But to me if they are a prime then they should the resources to pay the sub. That's why they are the prime. Why else are they getting a cut?
