. not sure where this happened but most states have laws in regards to these type situations....

by law they must give you in writing a copy of your failed QC's due to the fact that they are deducting it from your check. look at the contract you signed and verify this info however.. something may have been overlooked by you before you signed the contract - fine print is a weasel way of not paying up . not sure where this happened but most states have laws in regards to these type situations....
