It sounds to me like you have paid for the duct and your sub wants to keep it for free or less...tell him tough titty...You have paid for the materials, they are your to use as you see fit. IF you are willing to take 1/2 price for what you have already paid for, that is your decision...but I would start the bidding at full price and work up from there as there are financing charges involved!
