Not saying there are not exceptions to everything and b-4 this gets outta hand let me say in No Way am I attacking the Johnsons, I have no idea who they are or how they operate, this is intended for those that operate this way in their daily business practices, The scenario you present would be a very expensive and time costly mistake and i'd feel for both parties in that case. We could all come up with a certain circumstance that would be the exception but I think most know where i was going with what i said. Happy turkey day to all!
