maybe you all should come to cali and go through g.o. 95 training and you wont have to worry about failing Q,C.s.. we have the toughest standards in the nation. i get calls from all over from guys all over looking for work and they dont even know what g.o. 95 is.. that tells me 1 thing failed Q.C.s and back charges thats why i put all my new hires through a training course.. yes companies should pay but as the old saying goes ( an honest days work deserves an honest days pay ) as it should be for that person doing work for companies.either way a deal is a deal.
