Buddy not sure how I can get through to you that it's beyond a small minded perspective. Like what you seem to like to focus on.
We all have problems.....mine are no bigger than yours, and yours no bigger than mine.
.....Recognize, step back to gain perspective, breath, and then tackle the obstacle with intent and no mercy.
It's ok to ask others to help, guidance, strength, and mentorship; but it's OUR responsibility to also be leaders to others, but not the other way around.
Just recognize you need to get that chip off your shoulder and move on. I know it can be tough- but it CAN be done.
