use 2 bottles of Liquid Garlic, Liquid Onion, and Hot Sauce. Thaw Turk COMPLETLY!!! Clean Out turkey and heat sauce mix. Inject night before let marinade. Heat oil to 350-375. Drop turk, (temp will drop, but will return) Fry 10-12 min per pound. When frying, make sure oil level is correct when turkey is added to oil. Good way to check is add turk to empty pot. add water til 1-2" over bird. Measure your liquid and this is how much oil you will need. Don't over estimate or your friendly neighborhood fire dept will be greeting you with a visit. (See AT&T commercial)
