There are other issues as well....such as -payed lower than agreed wages, pay earned not received, and OT that has yet to be payed in full.

Disclaimer: to those need a little help- not whining, just honest and fed up with waiting for money to pay the bills and put food on the table.
Mind you that this was an employee relationship NOT 1099.
